We’re back for more My Hero Academia themed workout routines!

Apparently you guys love them that much.

We saw Deku, Asui, Shoto Todoroki, and Ochako Uraraka (having previously seen All Might), and then I jumped over to some Demon Slayer characters.

BUT, you guys came right back at me with two more “must have” My Hero Academia characters: Katsuki Bakugo and Mina Ashido.

Considering you guys are enjoying the anime themed workouts so much, I figure I’ll just keep them coming (having also seen JoJo and Dio from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure last week as well).

Katsuki Bakugo Stats:

Height: 5’7-5’8

Weight: 180 lbs.

Real Name: Katsuki Bakugo

Powers: Yes

Katsuki Bakugo’s height and weight isn’t listed on his main Wiki page like some of our other MHA characters.

But I was lucky enough to find some round-about stats on some other fandom profiles for him.

Vegeta were tied Wolverine for the shortest spot among comic characters we’ve seen at 5’3, prior to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coming in at 5’2, (and Gimli even shorter) – but Damian Wayne (Robin) is only 5’4.  Goku isn’t that tall either, though, standing only 5’7, with Miles Morales only an inch above him.

One Punch Man falls in at 5’9 right there with Ryu, Nightwing at 5’10, and then Spider-Man, Daredevil, and Green Arrow coming in around 5’11 and Beast joining them.

We’ve had Superman and Eddie Brock’s Venom at 6’3, and Captain America, Scorpion and Batman at 6’2, and Carnage at 6’1. Thor and Cyborg are towering over them at 6’6, Thanos and King right there with them at 6’7, Bane at 6’8, and Deathstroke right below at 6’5, and Black Manta at 6’4.

Ronan and Sagat are 7’5, and Doomsday came in at 8’10, and I doubt any characters are touching that anytime soon.

But, don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range.

We write these routines to be utilized by anyone and everyone.

Katsuki Bakugo Diet and Nutrition

**Keep in mind: this section will be nearly identical for each hero, unless I mentioned differently (for example someone like Hellboy may get something specifically different)**

Every hero needs to still have a good diet.

Unfortunately we can train like them, but I don’t think any of us are suddenly getting their powers, or the ability to magically stop caring about nutrition.

You can’t out train your diet, so I want to still give some pillars for nutrition.

You can start by checking out The Nutrition Pillars on the site, but I’ll break down some more information for you guys as well.

Guys like Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart incorporate 80/20 dieting with big weekly cheat meals, Hugh Jackman, Tom Hopper, Benedict Cumberbatch and Terry Crews utilize intermittent fasting (something I use daily as well), Ariana Grande, Mustafa Shakir and Madelaine Petsch are vegans, Brandon Routh and Frank Grillo opt for paleo, and tons of others utilize their own variations as well.

It’s all about sustainability.

AND, there are a thousand different ways to reach your goals, so finding the most sustainable way is what’s important.

Which is why our Academy utilizes multiple different Nutrition Classes (Greek Gods, Vikings, Spartans, Hunter Gatherers, Monks, Samurais, Minimalists, SuperHumans) to allow people to choose what is right for YOU!

Curious where over a hundred celebs fall in their dietary choices ranging from High Protein and Keto to Vegetarian, Vegan and Intermittent Fasting? Want exclusive celeb meal plans? Check this out.

Katsuki Bakugo Workout Routine Research

We’ve made it to “the fun part”.

And, if you don’t know by now, I say that every single time we get to the workout routine research section for character workouts.

This is where I get to break down the “how” and “why” of the workout we’re going to build based on the characters, in this case Katsuki Bakugo’s, powers and/or abilities.

We’ll start with a bit about his overall abilities and in turn, power level.  Here’s what his Wiki Fandom starts with:

Overall Abilities: Katsuki has proven to be one of the strongest students in Class 1-A, earning 3rd place in the Quirk Apprehension Test, while placing first place in both the U.A. Entrance Exam, having the most villain points, and U.A. Sports Festival, although his last opponent, Shoto Todoroki, basically surrendered at the last moment. Katsuki’s fighting style is all-out offense, using his Quirk’s propulsive abilities to close the distance between him and his opponents, followed by a bombardment of close-range attacks that often start with a powerful right hook. Katsuki is able to use his Explosion to propel himself through mid-air, blind opponents, and release long-range blasts, among other applications. Explosion is a versatile Quirk, especially for battle situations, as the recoil caused by the blasts can be exploited by Katsuki for mobility purposes. His overall fighting style and Quirk handling are reminiscent to how Nejire Hado utilizes her Wave Motion Quirk.

During the U.S.J. Incident, Katsuki was able to single-handedly overpower and immobilize Kurogiri, a highly capable villain. At the Sports Festival, he was able to defeat Fumikage Tokoyami and Shoto Todoroki, who are also considered two of the strongest students in Class 1-A (although they had disadvantages respectively in their battles against Katsuki, they still proved to be strong despite their respective limitations).

And on top of his keen intellect, leadership skills and musical talent, his fandom also tells us about something that we’ll definitely have to focus on:

  • Enhanced Strength: Katsuki possesses above-average physical strength, as he is can use his Grenade Bracers without any recoil, whereas Izuku nearly dislocated his arm just from using one. Katsuki was also able to use his physical strength to go toe-to-toe with Izuku when the latter is using his Quirk at 5-8%.

His actual quirk isn’t something we can build around, but there’s definitely a lot that he has to utilize to work around it that we can take.

For example, his versatile fighting style comes from his Quirk’s abilities to send him flying all over the place while shooting off his grenades and explosions.

For this we’ll be subbing our own version, which will be a Parkour ability.

His enhanced strength is something else we’ll obviously be focusing on by having our actual in-gym training session revolve around building muscle and strength.

Our Parkour and cardio might hinder this ever so slightly, but it’ll be worth it to become as well rounded as Bakugo in the long run!

Get ready.

Anime: Boku No Hero Academia

Ever wondered if all people who are mean are bad? Well, not necessarily actually! Here from Boku No Hero Academia, I wanna present to all of you my favorite character, Bakugou! Bakugou is one of the hated character or less loved character in the anime because of his personality, but I can honestly say that I really LOVE Bakugou despite his terrible side.

Without further delay, I shall continue.

Beware Of Spoilers (I just finished season 1 not long ago and fell in love with it XD)

Who is Bakugou?

user uploaded image

Bakugou is one of the most strongest but also most feared character by many of this classmates. He is also known to have shit personality and used to bully Midoriya when he was young. Bakugou is also known as "Kacchan" and is a name Midoriya called from young until he grew up and went into U. A. He has the quirk "Explosions" and liked to be called, "King Explosion Murder and has famous powers such as his "Howitzer Impact!!" Even though he just needs to say, " DIE!!!" And his power is strong enough to take down a villain. he is strong, but is always teased by other people because of how fierce he is, and never shows mercy in a battle, such as going all out with his powers even though he was going against someone as weak as Uraraka( he acknowledged her and don't feel she is fragile/weak at all. Despite all the bad things about Bakugou, I can honestly admit he is one of the most developed character in the whole anime. Everything about him is just loveable and admirable even though yes, he does have many weaknesses, and needs a fight with Midoriya to make him more sensible, I can't help but fall in love with him! What is so good about Bakugou? Well, let's go into the details!

His Determination

user uploaded image

"Change of Plans, Kirishima. Before we get Deku, let's kill these guys!"

Ever feel like dying in a furious match like the heroes against villains? Well, most people would have wanted to give up. They would have said,"Oh well, it's hopeless! We'll never win!" Or stuff like that. But who knows? Who knows if everyone will give up? That's right. We have this crazily amazing character who never gives up and yes, it's Bakugou! Bakugou although portrayed as one of the worst characters to many people has one of the best intriguing personalities. Whenever I see a match, I would have been more anticipated in a match for Bakugou. Why is it so then? What makes him so special and worth watching? It's because of his determination. What I mean by his determination is that he never gives up easily in a match and gives in his all no matter what. We can see his determination from the match with Kirishima, the guy with red hair to his battle with Shoot, what Bakugou calls "Half - and - half- Bustard". Despite them being super strong, like Kirishima hardening his body and all, Bakugou never gave up and used his powers. This is further seen in the fight of him and All Might along with Midoriya. Even though he was lacking power and stamina(he threw up some substances when All Might punched him and was badly injured), he still wanted to beat All Might. During that match, he did need some motivation from Deku, but he still used twice the amount of explosion he used during the Sports Festival. That honestly amazed me because Bakugou was tired out and could have wanted to rest, but he's so determined he will fight to the finish, even if that meant he would lose his life or tire his heart out. I have never seen such determined character in anime before, so Bakugou really amazed me with his Determination. Back to the sports festival, Bakugou also showed almost the same thing. When a person from Class B took away the points from his team, he never gave up and instead, told Kirishima to continue. He was so determined to win that Kirishima and the others had to calm him down before he raged too much and throw a tandrum. He used the power of his teammates and that pushed him forward. He flew towards the Team which triggered him and got their points in the end. Bakugou also showed his determination in the first event in the sports festival. When he saw that Todoroki is first, Bakugou couldn't stand it and blasted through the crowd and fought with him. In the match 1-1 between Bakugou and Todoroki, he said that people shouldn't fight with him unless they give their all. He is determined to let his opponents do their best so that he can fight with all he can. Bakugou's determination is never waving, which is simply breathtaking I would say.

His Seriousness In Things

user uploaded image

"If you don't wanna give in your all during a fight, don't challenge me"(he said something like that I forgot what he said)

Another annoying and an undeniable fact is that Bakugou takes what he does really seriously. This means that he never jokes around with his powers and try to be as strong as he can. His seriousness is the most scariest threat in a battle because he always go at full power no matter who the opponents are. After he was defeated by Midoriya, he learnt an invaluable lesson and wanted to be better. He told Midoriya that he "was just starting" and then he worked even harder than before in nurturing his power in his quirk. In the sports festival, he promised that he will be first and kept to his promise. Despite Bakugou being more of the "Die! Die! Die"(according to Kirishima) it's honestly frustrating how he keeps to his promises. He said that he doesn't want a first place, but to be first and he really did! This tells me that Bakugou is serious(more like VERY serious) in the things he does because he makes sure he fulfills his promises. He didn't lie to anyone about being first and even Midoriya said that "Kacchan would have laughed while saying that before". This also shows that Bakugou's seriousness improved gradually and not immediately. When he was young, he haven't been taking his quirk seriously and just see it as something to bully others and show off. The fight between him and Midoriya has really taught him to be more serious, and that influenced Midoriya. When Kacchan said that he wanted to give up in the fight with All Might if he had to ask Midoriya for help, Midoriya was really triggered and felt that Kacchan wasn't the person to say those, since he has always been so serious in matches he cannot stand losing. He is also serious until he can't stand Shouto using half of his power to fight and he was really mad. In the end, the judge had to use some power to put him to sleep before his rage was too bad. This is also why I love Kacchan, because he never fails to actually surprise me with his seriousness.

His innovation

user uploaded image

"I created this so that I would not need to use so much power!!"(or something like that)

If there was someone who really thought through how to make his costume such that it would be useful to him, it would really be Bakugou. Now why do I love Bakugou for his imagination? If we compare all the costumes among Bakugou and the other's, his one is definitely more flashy but definitely more useful. This is because he made use of other equipments to boost his power such that he doesn't need to use as much energy. While Midoriya only makes his costume such that he looks like All Might, Bakugou really thought through how he can win and use his equipments to win against the villains and the people he is going against. This can be seen from the fight with Midoriya 1-1,when he started pulling the trigger on his equipment and it literally destroyed some parts of the buildings more than he can with the power he normally used. This tells me that Bakugou is innovative because he knows how to use other equipments, such as the two huge bomb-like looking thing and placing it on his hands to get the most out of his explosion quirks without having them to hold him back in a match, and thinking what others might not. Of course, he only use those in special events and have to worry about them breaking since they are quite fragile, but he is still   creative compared to the others, and that is why I love him for it. It is really because he makes things that are unique and not just anyhow make one to only boast. This doesn't mean that others are not creative or that they make their costumes to boast, it's just that Bakugou thinks more compared to most of them. (I am biased towards Bakugou)

Lastly, His never Wavering Pride

user uploaded image

"I'll be number one."

Pride to many people is actually a bad thing. This is so as they boast and look down on others, thinking they are the best without   caring for how other people feel. Now, why do I love Bakugou for his unwavering pride? This is because it really serves as a motivation for each and every of us, including the people in the anime. Since young, Bakugou has always been the best. Everyone admired him for what he had, and he had manifested his quirk quickly. That then made him proud and look down on Midoriya and bullying him saying that "you really cannot do anything, Deku." He then started making fun of Midoriya and the fact that Midoriya isn't as strong as he is made him even more proud and think that he is the top. This pride was definitely the one that everyone hates back then, because Kacchan is really just being an a**hole laughing at others for what he has and what others doesn't. However, thank goodness, this pride was finally destroyed after Midoriya beat him and Iida with the help of Uraraka. This pride is the one I am talking about that I like. After Kacchan was severely defeated, he really took it to heart and never wanted to lose again. Now, how is this pride different from his old pride? When Kacchan was much younger, his pride is the one associated with one being arrogant and having their heads high and never looking around and see what is surrounding him. The pride I am talking about is the one associated with his dignity. As a person who has suffered from a heavy blow with his greatest enemy beating him even though he was powerless when he was young, Kacchan never gave up and still strived for first, and that desire was stronger than before. He is proud enough to constantly mention that he'll be first and no one can never stop him from that. Like what someone said from YouTube, I won't be quoting everything because I can't remember so many things, but I remember her mentioning about why Bakugou is her favorite. This is really because he does his best because he wants to be the best, and there are no other reasons. He isn't a hero because he wants to be like anyone, unlike Iida, or wanting to earn money like Uraraka. (I elaborated with my own points) He is a hero simply because he wants to be the first, and there are no other reasons. In the many matches Kacchan has been in, he has never betrayed his own pride and promise to be first, which is why I love him a lot. Pride or being proud might be a bad thing, but Bakugou is one who really cares about his own place in other people's heart, even if that means he was cold and mean to other people. It is really his pride that makes him the strong hero as he is, and there's nothing else that can stop him. Even in the match with All Might, Kacchan gave in his all and couldn't stand not beating All Might. Even then, he accepted defeat because he was too tired. Regardless of what happened and what people said, I still love Bakugou for his never wavering pride.

With that said, thank you all so much for reading this! I hoped all of you liked it and enjoyed it! I apologize for the many times I repeat myself, but I really love Bakugou even though I disliked him at first. He is just a really cool badass you wouldn't wanna mess with. Even then, Kacchan is really a nice guy (according to many) and is just much of a tsundere. For those who don't like Bakugou, I hope this had changed your opinion a bit. If you still don't like Bakugou, I won't blame on you. Everyone's entitled to their own opinions and fussing over them doesn't make any big difference. Do feel free to leave your comments though, and thanks for the likes! If this was featured, thank you! (I was kinda rushing through this blog because I don't wanna scrape it. I had a new idea on another blog after all)

That being said, thank you all once again for the likes and comments!

-Good night and have fun-

I am sure that many of you have heard of . This has moved up to #1 on my list of Favorite ‘s.

It’s an about people who want to become heroes. In MHA, people are born with superpowers called quirks. However, a small percentage of people are born without them and have to go through life being labeled “quirkless”.

Izuku Midoriya was one of the unfortunate people to be born without a quirk. But Midoriya is determined to become a hero like All Might, the number one hero.

midoriya and bakugou

That’s why his journey to become a hero is so inspiring, making My Hero Academia an absolute must-see.

There are several characters in that stand out. Shoto Todoroki is a strong favorite among MHA fans.

His white and red hair has captured the hearts of many. A lot of people also like All Might and Midoriya.

I believe that Eijiro Kirishima is also a very likable character, and he is my second favorite character in MHA.

While I like a lot of the characters, I believe that Katsuki Bakugou is the best character in

bakugou katsuki tournament

He has spiky blond hair and a very quick temper. His quirk is explosions and he can use his quirk for offense, and he can even use it to fly through the air.

Katsuki Bakugou was the childhood friend of Izuku Midoriya.

Along the way, they became distant and Bakugou started to be very rude to Midoriya. But Bakugou still has many traits that make him a great character.

Due to his horrible temper, Bakugou is terrifying sometimes and he kind of growls when he talks.

When Midoriya tries to talk to him, he’ll respond with something like, “Shut up, Deku” or “Get out of my face.”

Bakugou wants to be the number one hero, so he’s competitive.

I believe that Katsuki Bakugou is the best character in because, even with his quick temper, he is not painted as the villain. Normally, villains are the ones who are hot-tempered and terrifying.

An example of this is during the UA Sports Festival, when Bakugou gets angry and becomes violent.

In Season 3, the League of Villains even tried to recruit Bakugou because of this. But Bakugou is trying to be one of the good guys, so he refuses.

That’s what makes it interesting to see Bakugou’s character trying to become a hero.

His character is a lot different from the typical hero character in most ‘s.

Bakugou Katsuki fired up

Bakugou’s temper is so outrageous that it’s kind of funny. Someone will ask him to do something, and he’ll yell, “DON’T TELL ME WHAT TO DO!”

Sometimes, he doesn’t even call people by their real names.

Todoroki’s quirk is that he is half-cold and half-hot, so Bakugou calls him “icy-hot” on several occasions.

Bakugou’s good friend, Eijiro Kirishima, has a very loveable personality. He has spiky red hair and his quirk is that he can harden his body like a rock, which is useful in both offense and defense.

He’s kind to most everyone, but Bakugou calls him a “red-headed loser” when Kirishima didn’t even ask for it. It’s nice to have a character like Bakugou who isn’t an annoying level of mean. He’s actually so mean and scary that it’s funny.

Bakugou is also an interesting character because people still like him even though he is mean to most everyone. He’s always mean to Midoriya, but Midoriya is a sweetheart and always tries to be polite and nice to Bakugou as well as everyone else.

Also, Kirishima always sticks by Bakugou’s side even though Bakugou has been rude to him on so many occasions.

This shows that even if you have flaws, like Bakugou, you can still have plenty of people around you that like you and want to be your friend.

bakugou katsuki and ochako uraraka

Bakugou is also, obviously, extremely driven. He will clearly stop at nothing to become the number one hero.

A character like Bakugou shows people that they should never give up on their dreams and that they should work hard to get what they want. This is an important quality that everyone should develop.

Like Bakugou, everyone should work hard and never give up on their dreams.

In a battle against All Might, Bakugou pushed himself very far because he desperately wanted to beat him.

Bakugou’s character does a great job of showing viewers that they should push themselves to achieve their goals, even if the road to achievement is bumpy.

Life isn’t going to be perfect, so I feel we need to power through and overcome the obstacles, just like Bakugou.

My Hero Academia: 15 Things Fans Don't Know About Katsuki Bakugo

Katsuki Bakugo is one of the fan favorite characters of My Hero Academia. He is a student at U.A High school in Class 1-A, and he is constantly training to become one of the greatest fighters of all time; a Pro Hero. His spiky blonde hair is one of his character traits, as is his constant yelling.

RELATED: My Hero Academia: Suneater & 9 Other Students With Weird Quirks

Although he can be seen as arrogant and unkind, and extremely aggressive, he actually becomes very involved with the other heroes and helps them whenever he can. He was a bully when he was a child, but as he grows and experiences trials and defeats, he learns more about others and himself, and becomes less antagonistic as the series goes on.

Updated on February 23rd, 2021 by Ajay Aravind: With the extension of the manga storyline (and the release of season 4), Bakugo's character is a lot more complex than ever before. Along with the drastic shift in his perception of himself and the world around him, he has been involved in several new and unique experiences, many of which he would have never been interested in earlier. Like everyone else in Class 1-A, Bakugo is gradually evolving into the best hero he can possibly be.

15 He Was Originally Very Kind

In the original drafts, Katsuki was both kind and gentle, and when he insulted others it was always unintentional. However, the original draft was thought to be a little too boring, and so they changed his personality so that he could be more interesting to fans.

He, at one point, was even supposed to have the name "Ground Zero" but it was thought to be too violent. Ultimately, it seems that they had some trouble finding a middle ground for Katsuki.

14 He Shows Off In Public

Katsuki doesn't believe that heroes should hide who they are, and it is for that reason that he has absolutely no problem displaying his Quirks in public. He will often activate it for many reasons, between just being stressed out, showing off, or if he wants to intimidate whoever he is yelling at.

However, even though he can be a show-off, he is always honest about who he is, and because of that, he is actually able to tell when someone is lying to him, proving that he can judge people's characters quickly and accurately.

13 He Knows Several Secrets About One For All

In the manga, Bakugo slowly begins to soften towards Deku, gradually helping him with his training (along with All Might). In the course of events that follow, it is this boy who discovers that something is amiss with the information present in the book about the holders of One For All.

Bakugo questions All Might about this, asking why the "5th, 6th, and 7th users" have revealed their Quirks, but the 4th "holder's Quirk was scribbled out." Interestingly, Deku isn't even aware of this fact.

12 His Emo Phase Is Still Ongoing

Fans of the manga will know that Katsuki has at least four different black skull shirts, and he has been wearing them since his time as a preschooler.

RELATED: My Hero Academia: First 10 Fights (In Chronological Oder)

While he may have a good time throwing insults at others and giving people derogatory nicknames because he can't remember their real names, he clearly should be known as the emo kids. In those rare instances where he wears colors, he still wears something black over it!

11 His Battle Strategy Is Shockingly Well Thought Out

One of the few times where he is not yelling is when he's on the battlefield. He may be young, but he takes fighting seriously, and because of that, when he fights, he's incredibly calm. It is actually this sense of calm that allows his classmates to see him in a different light and look up to him for how well he does in battles.

Not only is he extraordinarily rational but he can even make an entire strategy for a battle while fighting, and he never underestimates his opponents.

10 His Uncharacteristic Interest In Cuisine

After Shoto Todoroki invites Deku and Bakugo to his family home for a friendly dinner, the former is ecstatic, but the latter continues to simmer in one of his classic cranky moods.

He furiously tells Izuku to stop talking about the food prepared for them, but later thanks Fuyumi for the meal, and even asks her for the recipe. In a later scene, he tells Shoto that his sister would be ashamed of his culinary talents, implying that he has some kind of interest in cooking.

9 His Moral Compass Is Rock Solid

Although people say that he is a wild card, and he can sometimes seem like a villain, he actually has a very strong moral compass. He doesn't like deception, which is why he'd rather fight a battle to the death instead of tricking others to save himself.

He is not interested in being dishonest, and he never does anything that would betray his character, even when it has the potential to change the outcome of a battle. This is one of the reasons why fans flocked to him; although fans love a wild card in an anime show, they love it even more when that character has depth.

8 How He Deals With Stress

Yelling. It cannot be stressed enough. He is a character who has figured that the best way for people to understand how he feels is to yell his way through life.

Whether he is talking about his feelings, dealing with his peers, children, adults, or even people he respects, he chooses to yell. While it may not be the best way of dealing with stress or your feelings, it definitely makes for a hilarious character trait. He is the comic relief in many ways for the anime, as it is his constant yelling that has not only fans, but even the characters in the show cracking up.

7 His New Hero Name

In class, Bakugo aggressively declares that his new name would be "Lord Explosion Murder," which is a surprise to no one. Best Jeanist, his temp mentor, tells him that he shouldn't take the process of self-discovery so lightly, claiming that a Pro-Hero's name should reflect their innermost personality as well as spark the flames of hope in those who believe in his powers to save them.

When the Paranormal Liberation War comes around, Bakugo states that he plans to go with "Great Explosion Murder God Dynamight", an announcement that obtains a uniformly negative response from everyone who hears it.

6 He Some Some Interesting Hobbies

When he's not training, which he does often, and when he's not in school, even Katsuki has some downtime. He enjoys eating spicy food, and mountain climbing. If anything that kind of fits in with the rest of his personality traits.

He has a very fiery personality, which is obvious from all the shouting that he does, so it kind of makes sense that he would eat spicy food. As he is very active and likes to push himself to the limit, it also makes sense that he would enjoy mountain climbing, which takes a lot of endurance.

5 He Insists On Cleanliness

Sometimes Katsuki screams simply because he's annoyed at something that someone is doing, or because he doesn't know how to express his opinions, there is one thing he yells about because it actually something he cares about a great deal.

He's incredibly intense about people being hygienic and being clean in living spaces. He is often seen telling people off for not dusting! Though he might like to pretend he doesn't care about many things, he cares very much about personal hygiene.

4 He Has Turned Over A New Leaf

Bakugo is not the violent bully he once was, except on occasion when he loses his cool. He has come to terms with Deku's power, and seemingly understands that it would be impossible to match his friend in terms of pure strength anymore.

All Might is especially proud of this change; he states that the reason Bakugo has become so helpful with Deku's regimen is because it's a form of repentance for his earlier behavior. The boy doesn't deny this fact, and goes so far as to affirm his eternal trust in Izuku and One For All.

3 His Sense Of Pride Can Be Distasteful

For a long time, Katsuki's pride made him work alone, as he thought that others would slow him down. His pride is also the reason as to why he would sometimes lose a battle. However, it mostly got in the way of him making friends and working with a team.

When he did finally work with a team, for a long time he disregarded their ideas and thoughts, and made sure that they only listened to him. However, he improves with time, even though he can still act distasteful to some of them.

2 He's Smarter Than He Lets On

Katsuki is actually very intelligent, which may not seem that obvious given his gruff, violent exterior. He has an extremely deep understanding of Quirks, and how each hero uses them.

He studies them closely to understand how great they are and even their weaknesses and what they do to the body. For example, he learned how to propel himself with explosions without dying or getting seriously injured. It only adds to the depth of the character that he is highly intelligent but doesn't show it off, which we all know, many smart characters in anime tend to do.

1 He Understands The Importance Of Sacrifice

As All For One gains the upper hand in the battle for Tomura Shigaraki's mind, the fight taking place in the real world shifts in his favor, and starkly against Deku.

However, right as the villain tries to pierce his opponent with his iconic Rivet Stab, Bakugo leaps in the path of black-and-red tendrils, which results in him taking the damage meant for his friend. Although he doesn't perish from his wounds, he takes several days to recuperate from them. Ironically, Deku takes even longer.
