Yes, I have received the request before myself, and I can certainly leave your feedback that you would like that made available in the future.

I can also request that updates be sent out, but I do not have the name of any product managers who would be reviewing this feedback, unfortunately.

No tracking numbers either, but it will be attached to your profile so any Fidelity associate can check the feedback status. Our web development team review all submitted feedback for potential product enhancements, though, and work to implement as many features as they can.

I understand, but beyond leaving feedback and submitting requests we do not have access to any "higher level approval," either here in technical support or through the Service team you were just speaking with.

Mr. M, if I had any information on this that I could share, our managers would have let us know already, given the widespread requests for this feature. At this time, I do not have any additional information, and my manager would not have any to share either, at least that can be public knowledge.

Find Zelle in your Fidelity Bank app.

Log in and go to your menu. Scroll down until you see “Send Money with Zelle®“. Then, enroll with your U.S. mobile number or email address to get started.


 Select someone from your mobile device’s contacts (or add a trusted recipient’s email address or U.S. mobile phone number), add the amount you’d like to send and an optional memo, review, then hit “Send.”


 Send your friend a request and a way to pay you back directly with Zelle. Just enter their U.S. mobile number or email address, the amount they owe you, and hit send (if your friend isn’t enrolled yet, you can only send a request using their email address). When your friend responds, the money will appear in your Fidelity Bank account.


 Zelle makes it easy to quickly split the bill with a built-in calculator. Just tap the ‘split’ button, select the people in your group and enter the total amount you want to split. Zelle sends a request to everyone for their share (If your friend isn’t enrolled yet, you can only send a request using their email address).
